I take it the doctor was part of the team that treated me on the day, he and his team ( I only saw 3 ) were very nice under deficult situations, I had left my earing aids at home due to my rush to get treatment, so I did miss a few bit's he said, not his fault,

Chest pain and respiratory conditions shouldn't be taken lightly especially if both conditions are suspected . Should not jump into confirmatory conclusions even if D-Dymer and Toponin results are negative . For example Research has shown that patients have pulmonary artery Thrombosis despite negative D-Dymer result . Need to send patient for further indepth tests such as CTPA , CTCA, Cardiac Echo etc .
